Please note that transportation around the Saugatuck area is also available for $1.00 with the Saugatuck Transit Authority. You can call and reserve a ride to and from your hotel and the conference venue or to nearby restaurants by calling (269) 857-1418, with if possible an hour's notice, but they are also largely available at request.
Grand Rapids Airport ShuttleThe Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids, Michigan is the suggested airport to fly into. It is the closest airport to Saugatuck at 54 miles and it features 6 airlines connecting into the airport. We are looking at a car service that can take up to 5 people with luggage for one trip on Monday 1st June at 4pm and trips on Tuesday 2nd June at 11am and again at 4pm. Flat rate of $100 per ride, which is split between the number of people choosing the service.
4pm Monday 1st June – 5/5 spots left | Chicago O’Hare Airport ShuttleWe have been looking at options for those travelling in via Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) in Chicago, Illinois and have found an option that can take up to 10 people with luggage. As this is a pricey option, please register your interest below so we can work out if it is feasible to organise. Flat rate of $900 per ride, which is split between the number of people choosing the service. We will need to cut off the date of this request by 8 May 2026. This is in order to ensure those selecting this option have plenty of time to find an alternate solution if this isn’t financially feasible. 4pm Monday 2nd June – 10/10 spots left |
