The SINR Seminar is a monthly virtual seminar that provides clinically relevant didactics and training in neuropsychological rehabilitation. Topics range from didactic presentations germane to neuropsychological rehabilitation to case studies. The vision of the SINR Seminar is to create more learning and community-building opportunities within the field of neuropsychological rehabilitation.
The monthly SINR Seminar takes place on the second Wednesday each month from 12 to 1pm EST. Monthly seminars are sponsored and organized by the SINR Education Committee. Seminar attendance is now eligible for CE credit (1.0 CE) through the American Psychological Association (APA)!
Starting February 2026, CE credits will be offered at the following rate for each seminar:
- $15 for SINR Members (LMIC, Student and EC)
- $20 for SINR Members (Professional)
- $30 for Non-Members
How do I participate in the monthly seminar?

You do not need to be a member to participate in the monthly seminars, but you do need to be a member to receive CE credit and a CE certificate.

After you register, you will receive the Zoom meeting link for the seminar.
How do I get my CEs?
- Paid members will receive an email with your CE credit certificate after the seminar and a link to complete the post-seminar survey. Attendees do not have to complete the survey in order to receive their certificates, but the survey helps us to continue to improve our seminars.
If I miss a seminar, can I watch a recording?
- All seminars are recorded. Both recordings and slides will be available on the SINR Community website, www.si-nr.org. You will not receive CE credit for watching a recording, however. You must register and attend the seminar to receive CE credit.

About the Presenters:
Joseph Murthy, PsyD
Dr. Murthy is a neuropsychologist at the Center for Transitional Neuro-Rehabilitation at the Barrow Neurological Institute. His clinical interests include providing services tailored to the adjustment to brain injury, including neuropsychological assessment, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and cognitive retraining. Research interests include psychosocial adjustment and behavioral management after brain injury. Dr. Murthy obtained his Psy.D. from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology – Washington D.C. Campus. He completed his post-doctoral fellowship in neurorehabilitation at the BNI. Dr. Murthy completed his pre-doctoral internship at VA North Texas Health Care System. He completed clinical externships at Cognitive Rehabilitation of Georgia, Restore Neurobehavioral Center, Atlanta VA Medical Center, and the Emory University Department of Rehabilitation.
